The Slakthusområdet (slaughterhouse area) in Stockholm is being transformed. Thankfully, many of the original spaces remain, and in these unique, raw venues, some of Stockholm’s best and most interesting restaurants have opened up.

That’s also where the new concept Afrika launched a gathering place for several food concepts from different parts of Africa, all under one roof in a warm and welcoming setting. I was asked to create logos for the various concepts, as well as help with color schemes, interior elements, and graphics for printed materials. Always a thrill when one of your hand-drawn logos becomes a neon sign, check!
